SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays.

Local delivery is available within selected Mandurah areas.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

As a small handcrafted business, some products may occasionally be out of stock. In this case, additional processing time may be required while we prepare a new batch of soap. We always do our best to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

UNISOP is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
