Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase, and your request must include a valid reason for the return.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@unisop.com.au. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once the return request has been approved.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
